COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

BEESCORE has a documented process for the receiving, evaluating and making of decisions on appeals. A description of the process shall be made available to a client on a specific written request by the client. BEESCORE shall be responsible for all decisions at all levels of the appeals-handling process. Investigation of and decisions on appeals shall not result in any discriminatory actions against the appellant. All decisions of the appeal committee hearing an appeal shall be final and binding and no further correspondence related to such findings which are likely to give the impression that the process is still incomplete or open to further review, should be entered into.

All complaints shall be acknowledged, thoroughly evaluated and investigated and validated by means of prescribed procedures and processes as outlined in BEESCORE’s process manual. Findings shall be formally conveyed to the complainant and any corrective action shall be taken.
